You will play a key role in recruitment and resourcing, from onboarding to staff development, ensuring the organization maintains high performance. You will collaborate closely with team leaders and department heads to support the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and review HR policy documentation to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Oversee contract and documentation management for employees.
- Lead recruitment and resourcing efforts, including the onboarding process.
- Drive staff development programs to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with team leaders/department heads to align HR practices with business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, ideally in a corporate/business environment (preferably in solar/energy sectors).
- Experience in policy creation, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Strong skills in contract management and staff development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
- Strong collaborative attitude with results-driven focus.
