About the Job
The role is quite sensitive and requires a mature and independent thinker as the job holder shall be right-hand to the Creative Designer. The Job holder may also be responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing projects from start to finish. This might include scheduling meetings with clients, developing proposals, coordinating vendors, and ensuring that projects stay on schedule throughout the entire process.

- Compiling a portfolio of work done
- Support in the creation of social media content creation
- Develop relationships with vendors and negotiated terms (contractors and shipping agents)
- Create and communicate design reflecting the customer’s vision.
- Maintain business relationship with top client a/cs (20%revenue contributors)
- Research Fabrics, Floor and Wall covering antiques and accessories
- Prepare presentation boards, floor plans & elevations and participate in meetings with clients
- Be a liaison between clients & design director.
- Generate Purchase orders & invoices on specification sheets, worksheets, and studio design programs (e.g. quick books)
- Follow up on orders and supervised installations
- Effectively organize and maintain resource library to increase productivity
- Coordinate ordering and tracking of furniture pieces where required.
- Provide pricing and delivery information to both senior designers and clients.
- Maintain banking and sales transactions using quick books or programs being used by the company
- Maintain complete organization of client and design files
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Passion for Interior Design
- Computer conversant with Adobe design programs; MS office(word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Energetic, committed, flexible team- player with a self-starting, ‘can approach and a strong sense of initiative.
